Tune-ups
$115 for a gas furnace or air conditioner
Check and calibrate efficiency, clean the equipment, and test and inspect all components. Furnace tune-ups include a safety inspection of all safety switches and hazardous conditions. AC tune-ups check refrigerant levels and leaks.
Repair calls
One-time $115 diagnostic fee
No hourly charges — the final cost depends on the repair. You'll know the price of the repair before we start.
Emergency & after-hours
After-hours diagnostic: $165 (4:30–10 PM and 5–8 AM), $200 (10 PM–5 AM), $230 on holidays.
Emergency service follows the $115 diagnostic fee. No heat in January? We handle urgent repairs after hours and on weekends.
